We use Australia Post for all Domestic and International Deliveries. As we are a very small business, we do not use couriers at this time due to increased costs and availability in our local area which would incur greater costs being passed onto our customers . We don’t have the means to cover these additional costs like larger businesses might be able to do. So please consider this prior to ordering to ensure our service suits your needs and requirements.
Domestic deliveries are experiencing delays in delivery times due to reduced airline capacity, social distancing and increased parcels.
International deliveries are experiencing significant delays, for some places up to a month or more. Please take this into consideration BEFORE ordering as once we lodge your order we don’t have any control over its journey to you, and cannot change it’s status.
As per our standard shipping and return policy, we cannot take responsibility of your parcel once we lodge it with Australia Post. Any disputes or enquiries need to be addressed directly with Australia Post.

We understand some businesses are using couriers which aren’t taking as long, we aren’t in a position to do this at this time. Also we are located in South Australia meaning orders have to get to the Eastern states by air before being transferred internationally, adding extra time to the delivery schedule due to reduced aircraft capacity out of South Australia.
